General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As the intake of vitamins is going on and diabetes is absent, 5 days onset can be considered as non-specific at first instance.

Primary relief with local application of heating pad, good coverage of pain with anti-inflammatory as Aleve or else to be consumed every 4-6 hourly as per the score of pain.

Later on, if required may need a consultation with your doc for discussing the need for Doppler ultrasound of both lower limbs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
